😞 Drag Ban Reinstated
The Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals has reinstated Tennessee’s restrictions on drag performances after determining an LGBTQ+ theater company that had brought a suit against the law would not have been affected by it. The company plans to file a petition so a full court can review the case. [WPLN]
