Suspected fatal overdose deaths are down 21% in Nashville, our lowest rate since 2019. This is partly due to the increased availability of naloxone, an emergency treatment for overdoses, but more funding is needed to continue this downward trend, and to provide long-term help to people. 📰 Confederate Flag Can Be Removed from County Seal
On Tuesday, a Davidson County Chancellor ruled that Williamson County can remove the Confederate flag from their official seal. A Sons of Confederate Veterans group had previously challenged that ruling. [Tennessee Lookout]
