🍕 MAFIAoZA’s Pizzeria Announces Closure

MAFIAoZA'S Pizzeria will close on Oct. 6, after 21 years of service. The restaurant cites their dedication to remaining “service-focused” rather than raising prices or cutting staff as a reason for their closure. [Nashville Scene]

🏅 MNPS High School Gets National Recognition

Early College High School made it onto the prestigious 2024 National Blue Ribbon Schools list. The U.S. Department of Education determines which schools make the list based on test rankings and how well schools close achievement gaps. The school is one of six to receive the honor in Tennessee.
