April 6, 2026

👋 Good morning, Nashville! Frankie Barnhill here, filling in for Margaret Kingsbury. Before we get into the news to start your week, take a gander at this 1936 mansion that’s going for a cool $7.75 million. I didn’t know that wallpaper could make you dizzy until I came across that in-home bar. 😵‍💫

🚘 And one more thing before you go: Metropolis Parking is offering two $15 promo codes for all Tennesseans. This comes after the company settled that $9 million lawsuit with the state over alleged consumer protection violation, though the company denied any wrongdoing. The promos seem to be the company’s latest attempt at getting back on Nashville’s good side.
